4) A Signed Declaration
A signed declaration confirming that the group of actors are appointing the actor as a leading actor of the application.
5) A Supply Agreement
A supply agreement where all the actors represented by the leading actor agree on the supply of products to the leading actor and that they will be liable to checks and follow the requirements established in the technical specifications.
6) List of Farms participating in the Scheme
Company details of Livestock Breeders supplying products which adhere to the ‘Products of Quality’ National Scheme which are filled in individual sheets by Operators for Traceability purposes.
