The Front Office (FO) within the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA) is committed to deliver an excellent customer service providing a wide range of services. Its aim is to provide each customer with a high quality response, ensuring that requests and complaints are dealt with quickly, fairly and in a helpful manner.

Requests for the withdrawal of registered agricultural land
Requests for new registration of agricultural land
Transfer of registered agricultural land from one individual to another
Modification of the boundary of a registered agricultural land
Change in the land use type of an agricultural land
Submission of payment claims related to area aid schemes – Direct Payments, Rural Development Measures 2014-2020, Rural Development Measures 2007-2013, National Aid Schemes and Apiculture Schemes
Receipt of objection forms and complaints
Receipt of supporting documentation related to all measures
Requests for change in personal details
Provision of information and technical advice
Registrations related to Nitrates Registry
