The main function of the Accreditation Office is to provide planning and support to all the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency’s Units during the accreditation process.
In order to be accredited, the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency must have an administrative organisation and a system of internal control which complies with the criteria set out in Annex 1 of
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 907/2014 regarding:
In this regard the Accreditation Office is responsible to:
Keep up to-date the documents regarding Human Resources, Staff Training, Memorandums of Understanding, Co-operation Agreements, Manuals of Procedure and Half Yearly/Annual Reports
Collaborate with the Accreditation Audit team in all its requirements, by collecting all relative documents from the respective Units, communicating deadlines relative to the accreditation process and coordinating the process between all parties involved in the exercise
Provide information related to the accreditation process to all Units within the Paying Agency
Co-Ordinate the Corporate Training in the Paying Agency
Work in collaboration with the other Units for the update of this Website
Other related duties as assigned.
