The Public Abattoir provides services related to the
slaughter for bovines, swine, equines and small ruminants. Slaughtering
Services are spread over the week as follows:

It should be noted that during those weeks in which a Public
Holiday falls on a working day, the above slaughtering schedule may change. A notice will be published by the Abattoir Management informing livestock breeders and
other parties concerned of any such changes.
Without prejudice, the Abattoir’s management reserves the
right to change the above slaughtering schedule taking into consideration the exigencies
of the Public Service, shifts in demand, emergencies or any other contingent
reason. The Public Abattoir shall not be held liable for any impact arising
from any change in the said slaughtering schedule.
